The cellphone design in the future is all about user driven technology, sleek model, friendly user interface and other aspect. But there is a technology design that still used a retro styling design with some sort of nature touch. A hyper tech design that still use a nature touch. To fulfill both concept, designer Seungchan Lee design CulArt (pronounce Cool Art) a smartphone design.

What really great about CulArt is the phone internally had a typical smartphone design such as a touchscreen, camera and also slim in design. But if you look at the external design, you will see the wood paneling, a smart way to invoke the idea of a trees. Actually that is some sort of nature design. If you flip the phone around and you’ll find a rocky textured surface which prevents slippage and reminds you of how much you suck at rock climbing.
