Blogging, Technology Me and Analyzing Modern Design
3 Nov

What I write here is just a scenario of my unnormal thinking. I want to make money online, I will join all the ads network (while counting fingers, he said I already join 30 ads network this month and I will add more in few days). That means I will had 30-40 ads network to promote in my single blog, hey sure I can make money blogging mate!!.
That is the scenario - cool huh. The question is how many ads should a blog have and promote?. I often read too many ads will make your site a WalMart of Ads or advertisement park. Too many ads also will make your site heavier and all the loading time will take time, if this happen sure all the reader will run away because they come to your site to read not to wait your site loading time, don’t make your reader boring. Then how many ads should a blog have and promote - 4,5,8 or 10. All the choice is your hand.
All The Choice In Your Hand.
Yes that is the right answer I think, “all the choices in your hand” because you will determine you want to make money online or not, promote something or not, be Walmart of Ads or not and the list continue. As a blogger, joining any monetization network not wrong and promote it also not wrong. It will be wrong if you don’t know how to promote and advertise it.
If the choice in your hand, then you must study out every details of your blog - which ads annoying my reader most - the text link ads or the images ads. The theme that I use suitable with all ads or not, the post content good for my ads promotion or not and which part is the best ads placement. For an example if you had less content but clustering all the post with ads, the reader surely will feel annoying with your post. For the first time visitor the “first impression” when they landing your site are the crucial one. Because it will determine they will come again or not.
Don’t let them label you as a blogging just for ads or a greedy person. For sure finding a balance between your content and ads is important thing to do. Don’t be greedy just to make money, you won’t go anywhere if there is no readers. There are thousand of tips to build a good blog.
What do you think about this, drop me some answer here. Maybe I will post your comment in my follow up post.

When you join the monetization networks, you will had a chance to make some money either by write a paid for post or by promoting the ads network (referral). Actually, if you talk about the ad network that you currently join, please don’t insert the referral code too much in your post. Why? Because sometime I feel annoyed. Better solution is create your own monetization categories either on the blog sidebar or footer, here you can promote your referral thing. Don’t make your reader call your blog another Walmart of Ads. [...]
