Did you do some exercise while you’re working in front your PC? Yups I do it, but only small neck and finger exercise - not more than that. But you must check out the new PC Workstation, which also features a built in exercise machine. The idea is that you can do some exercise work even you’re working with your PC. You should try if you really don’t have time to do some exercise.
