Bored with your standard WYSIWYG editor that only had limited features and want to change it to the advanced editor. Maybe TinyMCE Advanced can solve your problem. A fairly critical decision is whether you need a WYSIWYG HTML editor or not. For myself, I anticipated long posts with complicated formatting and tables, plus embedded images and cross-linkages.
