In the past 2 days, I received several invitation to join new release Blog Rush and read almost about it in other blogs. With pros and cons opinion, you don’t know if you don’t give a try. A lot of hype and talk about this new “traffics generation” network that make me waiting a right time before give a shot.

Today, I join this new network and activated it on my site; cool indeed that was my first impression when other related blogs post “played around” my sidebar. But I realized that the widget is not customizable at all, so you can’t control the widget appearance to suite your sidebar width or design. Shihhh..Not a big problem because it’s a free features, and I should stop complaining if I want to get the potential “spill over” effect of free traffics.

How does Blog Rush work?
What you need to do is just sign up with the network, and then you just copy the code and paste on your site. Normally the widget will start displaying all the related post in 48 hours or below that. Each time your site received a page view, your account will be credited a point as return. A point that will determine your site will receive a headline and show up in other related site.

My conclusion.
For me this is a good start to get more exposure and generated more traffic freely for new blogger. But the point based on generated page view can kill other “small” blogs. Because it hard for certain new blogger to attract traffics (page view) as return to get the site headlines show in other blogs. But it’s not a big deal for successful blogger that already established the readership and maintain the high traffics.

A free traffics generation widget where worth to try. Nothing to lose because it free. Keep this in mind, sure you will get some click if you know how to played with the articles headlines, I will click the articles headlines around the sidebar if the headlines can attract my attention. Sure you will get some traffic.

I also think this new widget easily can be manipulated by other that knows how to do it. Maybe this will happen - write a poor article then give a “bomb headlines” that can attract enough attention of other readers, sure they will click. Huhuhuhu…easy maa…
