Link Intelligently…….

Sometimes when we post or write something on our blog we want to place some link out our blog post. There is condition where we put a link as a part of our post contents - that what make blog different from traditional site. But, we must aware because the link that we place in our post also will drive our readers out to the link point we provided there.

Here the spill over effect will happen - when the reader read our post and they click the link we put in our post. Surely, the reader will be drive away from our blog post. This situation is normal is the reader are your loyal subscriber or your blog site drive huge 1000 unique visitors per day. But it’s un-normal IF our blog just had 20 unique visitors per day - worst enough we drive it away to other link.

Here we need to do link intelligently, that is:

1 - Not every issues or post content that we discuss need to put a link out - just enough we describe it. Let says you discuss about Yahoo, there is no need to put a link to Yahoo, since other already familiar with it.

2- But if we speak about Yahoo marketing and we want to show how the process goes on - the specifics link to that page can be placed as an example.

3- Link attitude - We have to place a link if we discuss or take quote from other resources, such as we take other blogger source as part of our content, then we must put a link to that source. That is good attitude in writing.

4- Be aware and intelligent - just put a link if you find the content must have one.

That is somehow to make an intelligent link in our post. Post content also can be great if we just we try following method - use basic features as bold or italic, use embedded video or plug-in and other source.
