How To Handle Negative Comments….Hey don’t comment on my blog.

How often you received a negative and contrast comments in your blog. Are there group of readers that disagree with you? And how you deal these certain negative comments?.

For me there are factors other disagree with you and there are ways you can handle these negative comments. Below I list some factors toward negative comments and how to handle it in certain ways. Personally, I really encourage other to leave and give comments on my blog whether it’s negative or positive.

Why other disagree with you.
1 - Comments as a Bait - There are group of people that will leave a negative comments that disagree what you write about. This kind of group actually need attention where your blog is easy target to attract some traffic and readers. Usually comments as a bait happens lot, and I don’t care.

2 - Comments as Legitimate Complaint - Other tend to comments if they disagree on the article that you write. Where they have other argument to reject your point.

3 - Comments as Discussion - Actually true enough to says that comments will create a discussion. There some readers and blogger that will just release there comments just to create a discussion. Where you should prepare for the answer. Get ready with your answer.

How to deal with negative comments.
1 - Accept the comments because other has a right to give an opinion. But, it’s all up to you to publish it or not. I set my own comments policy where there are certain rules I will publish the comments or not. You just accept the comments as you positive input and try to overcome these same comments in your next article.

2 - Accept the comment and publish it but don’t answer it yet. Don’t response in the “heat” condition when you read it. Answer after you clear your mind without any emotion in the answer. For me it easy to “fire a blazzing gun” with your answer. Don’t do that, be professional.

3 - Accept the comment that disagree with you but let the other reader that agree with you answer the comment. Make your blog a “comments battle ground”. Sure it will heat up your site with think-tank thinker.

What you want to do if other disagree and leave negative comments on your blog.
